These terms govern your use of saltward.com.au and any purchase made through the site. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Saltward is operated from Sydney, Australia. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We do not store full payment card details. You confirm that the payment method you use is yours or that you have permission to use it.

Shipping, returns and consumer guarantees

Shipping times, returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that products are of acceptable quality and match their description.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, product designs and the Saltward name — is owned by or licensed to Saltward and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
